Osaka
The second largest city in Japan, Osaka is worth a visit on your journey to the other side of the world. Called "cuisine of the nation," this charming city is close to Kyoto, Kobe and several other incredible places in the country.
As in any Japanese metropolis, Osaka is always in a hurry. And the modernity of the place is what draws attention. The biggest brands in the world meet there.
In addition to Harajuku, which is Japan's fashion hub, Osaka is another spot in the country where Japanese fashions gather. In particular, in the place called Doutonbori.
Shinsaibashi
You do not have to go to the most expensive restaurants in town to sample good food. The tastiest pasta we tasted was in a hidden corner near the Shinsaibashi station. It was worth the risk.
Río Dotombori
The Dotombori River Cruise is a guided cruise on a boat that crosses the 9 bridges that cross the river and the surrounding shopping streets. It is an approximately 20 minute walk that starts from the dock located on the Tazaemon bridge next to the discount shop "Don Quixote".
Osaka Castle
The Nishinomaru Garden, home to Osaka Castle, has incredible views in the spring when cherry blossoms adorn the place. Former home of the wife of the sixteenth-century Japanese ruler Toyotomi Hideyoshi, the castle tower highlights the scenery.
Castelo HIMEJI
The castle of Himeji or Himeji-jō (姫 路 城) is one of the most spectacular castles in Japan, one of the castles worth seeing live. Himeji Castle is one of the three most famous or popular castles in Japan, next to Matsumoto Castle and Kumamoto Castle, as well as being one of the oldest structures in Japan in the Edo period and one of the 12 original castles still in Japan.
Doutonbori
These streets are the boil of Osaka. You find everything from Japanese women who dress like lolitas to ladies wearing yukata, the country's traditional clothing.
Tōdai-ji
The Todaiji Temple(東大寺), located at the northern end of Nara Park (奈良 公園) is one of the most popular temples among tourists visiting Japan and one of the reasons to visit Nara without a doubt. And although Nara has a lot to do, if we had to choose just one place to recommend on your visit to the city, we would definitely stay with the Todaiji temple and its access through Nara Park ... it is a must see!
